Amid the ongoing wave of fascist repression in Eastern Kurdistan, Bayan Qaderi, a young woman from Piranshahr, was detained on Saturday, September 19, 2026, after being summoned to and appearing before a security agency of the occupying Iranian state.

 

According to published reports, the day prior to her detention, security forces raided her family home, conducted a thorough search, and detained her father, Aziz Qaderi, for several hours. Following her father's release, security forces pressured the family to have Bayan present herself to the security agency the next day—pressure that ultimately resulted in her detention.
Bayan Qaderi currently remains in the custody of security forces, with no information available regarding the charges against her, the reason for her detention, or her place of confinement. The use of families to summon and entrap individuals is yet another example of the security pressures and systematic repression directed at the people of Kurdistan—a tactic employed to instill fear and silence the voice of society.
The state bears direct responsibility for the health and safety of Bayan Qaderi.

لە درێژەی شەپۆلی سەرکوتی فاشیستی لە هەرێمی کوردستان، بەیان قادری، کچێکی گەنجی خەڵکی پیرانشار، ڕۆژی شەممە ١٨ی ڕەزبەری ساڵی ١٤٠٥، دوای بانگهێشتکردن و ڕەوانەکردنی بۆ یەکێک لە دامودەزگا ئەمنییەکانی حکوومەتی داگیرکەری ئێران، دەستبەسەر کرا.
بەپێی هەواڵە بڵاوکراوەکان، ڕۆژێک پێش دەستگیرکردنی بەیان قادری، هێزە ئەمنییەکان هەڵیانکوتایە سەر ماڵی خێزانەکەی و بە تەواوی ماڵەکەیان پشکنیوە و هەروەها باوکی بەناوی عەزیز قادری بۆ چەند کاتژمێرێک دەستگیرکردووە. دوای ئازادبوونی باوکی، هێزە ئەمنییەکان فشاریان خستە سەر بنەماڵەکە بۆ ئەوەی ڕۆژی دواتر بەیان بە دامەزراوە ئەمنییەکان بناسێنن؛ فشارێک کە لە کۆتاییدا بووە هۆی دەستگیرکردنی.
بەیان قادری لە ئێستادا لەلایەن هێزە ئەمنییەکانەوە دەستبەسەر کراوە، هیچ زانیارییەک لەبارەی تۆمەتەکە و هۆکاری دەستگیرکردنەکەی و لە کوێ ڕاگیراوە. کەڵک وەرگرتن لە بنەماڵەکان بۆ بانگهێشتکردن و تەڵەی تاکەکان، نموونەیەکی دیکەی فشاری ئەمنی و سەرکوتی سیستماتیکییە لە دژی خەڵکی کوردستان؛ میتۆدێک بۆ دروستکردنی ترس و بێدەنگکردنی دەنگی کۆمەڵگا بەکاردێت.
