Turkey—the killer of Kurdish children—sheds crocodile tears for the children of Gaza, even though between 450 and 700 children were killed by Turkey in Afrin alone, and 4,800 Kurdish children were massacred by Erdoğan within Turkey between 2015 and 2016.

 The suffering of Gaza’s children is undeniable, and condemning it is a moral imperative.

The contradiction arises when Erdoğan halts this universal morality at Turkey’s borders. The same government that invokes the human conscience at the United Nations holds a record in Kurdistan that includes the deaths of at least 79 children, the displacement of hundreds of thousands, the detention of children, and the suppression of the Kurdish language.

This is not merely a gap between rhetoric and action. Political power dispenses humanity selectively: the Palestinian child is deemed worthy of global sympathy, whereas the Kurdish child—within the Turkish state’s security logic—is denied even the right to be seen.According to documents released in the United States, the Turkish government sold thousands of Yazidi, Kurdish, and Syrian children to Epstein.

ئەمە تەنها بۆشایی نێوان قسە و کردار نییە. دەسەڵاتی سیاسی مرۆڤایەتی بە شێوەیەکی هەڵبژێردراو دابەش دەکات: منداڵی فەلەستینی شایەنی هاوسۆزی جیهانییە، بەڵام منداڵی کورد تەنانەت مافی بینینیشی لە لۆژیکی ئەمنی دەوڵەتی تورکیادا لێ زەوت دەکرێت.
