Speaking to the Islamic Republic's state broadcaster, Radan said: "If a traitor seeks to create insecurity in the country, we will view them as an enemy and deal with them firmly."
Threatening Iranian protesters, he added: "Our fingers are on the trigger, just like those of our loved ones in the IRGC, the Army, and the Basij."
