150 harassment cases have been recorded in Babagurgur Park in one year.

In a statement to Warvin, the management supervisor of Babagurgur Park said “We decided to ban the teenagers from visiting the park, because of harassing the families and the women”.

“ the teenagers were underage, they were drunk and holding weapons and knives when they were visiting the Park, they were creating troubles, last year a guy harassed a girl and the girl’s brother killed the guy, banning the teenagers from visiting the Park is a right decision “ He added.  

He explained that according to the information they have obtained, in 2012 a person killed, 8 others wounded by knife and 150 complaints have been recorded due to harassment in that Park only.
